Business Park Company – operator of King Hussein Business Park (KHBP) – and The Luxury Pavilions Real Estate LLC (Pavilions) have signed a long-term investment and development agreement to establish a multi-use commercial complex at KHBP in Amman.
The project comprises three floors of restaurants, cafés and retail stores within a contemporary building, complemented by landscaped outdoor spaces designed in adherence with green building standards.
Commenting on the agreement, KHBP CEO, Eng. Ammar Izziddin, said, “This project is part of KHBP’s expansionary vision to build a fully integrated business ecosystem that brings together work, innovation and support services within a modern destination that meets the needs of companies, professionals and visitors alike. This partnership reflects our ongoing efforts to develop facilities and services that elevate the business experience and reinforce KHBP’s standing as Jordan’s leading destination for business and investment.”
Pavilions Managing Partner and Co-founder, Eng. Thamer Alserhan, elaborated that the project represents the start of a long-term partnership in one of Amman’s most dynamic and investment-attractive areas, in alignment with the Business Park Company’s vision and development direction.
In turn, Pavilions Project General Manager, Murad Al-Bayrouti, added, “This agreement marks an important step in shaping a destination that serves both the professional experience and overall lifestyle within KHBP. We are proud to be launching this project in such a distinguished location.”
Construction is expected to begin upon signing and completion of required approvals, with the project scheduled to open next year.
